The Nek-Nak Fitness Series are aerobic dance exercises to the beats of the latest Hip-Hop music. The cardiovascular fitness workout is for kids 6-12 years old. Master Hip-Hop Dance instructor Anthony Francis teaches the kids fun and exciting dance routines that help them learn total body coordination through lower and upper body movements done simultaneously and sequentially.
